Fowler & Hammer was awarded a contract from the City of La Crosse for the Grandad Bluff Scenic Overlook Phase II site improvements. The project includes the construction of a new observation plaza and a new remote observation point. There will also be the restoration of an existing park shelter and new landscaping throughout.
Work will be completed by November of 2011.
