Fowler & Hammer has been awarded a contract from the City of La Crosse for the Grandad Bluff Scenic Overlook Phase II site improvements. The project includes the construction of a new observation plaza and a new remote observation point. There will also be the restoration of an existing park shelter and new landscaping throughout.
Work will begin immediately and be completed by November of 2011. Dave Mydy is the Project Manager for this project.
