Fowler and Hammer was the general contractor for the Western Technical College Kumm Student Union and food service project. On this remodeling project, we performed demolition, concrete, masonry, and carpentry work and worked closely with many local subcontractors. This project is working towards LEED Silver certification and many steps were taken throughout the project to achieve this, with construction waste management being the utmost priority.
