This 18,000 square foot addition to the River States Truck & Trailer existing office building consisted of concrete footings & foundations and structural steel frame with cold rolled wall girts and roof purlins. The interior of the building has a total height of 30 feet to accommodate a 10-ton overhead bridge crane. The roof of the new addition is a steel roof deck with a ballasted EPDM rubber roof. This building was designed for maintenance and body repair for all types of large trucks and trailers. There are 10 truck bays to accommodate full length tractor & trailers in addition to a wash bay and blast room.
