Due to the continued strong growth of Fowler & Hammer, Inc., an expansion project was undergone. During the first phase of the expansion project a new 6,300 SF cold storage warehouse was constructed. Now, the second phase has been completed with the demolition of an existing warehouse to make room for our new 7,000 SF office. The new office is a single story building with a conventional steel frame and masonry veneer. In an effort to continue our company-wide philosophy of green building, the new office was built with the goal of being LEED certified.
