This project houses two local La Crosse businesses (Marine Credit Union and Java Detour/Mr.D's Doughnuts) and consists of a two-story office building with a full basement. Total finished area is approximately 16,000 SF. This building has a cast in place concrete foundation, steel frame, masonry and EFIS exterior.
