The Newman Center Addition & Alterations project is two additions to the north side of the existing building as well as a 25 ft. wide glass curtain wall at the main entrance. The project was divided into 3 phases. The first phase of the project included a new HVAC system with one 15-ton AHU and two 20-ton rooftop units.
