| The new Amie L.Mathy Center for Recreation & Education is a very special project in which the Boys & Girls Club and Viterbo University had joined together to assist and train the youth of our community. The new 56,000 SF Recreation Center is located on the Viterbo University campus. It consists of a teen center for the Boys & Girls Club, kitchen, game room, art room, computer room, full-size gymnasium, and training room to better serve the youth of La Crosse's south side. The Viterbo University space consists of offices, a weight room, cardiovascular room, locker rooms, as well as training rooms and a gymnasium. Shared spaces consist of a thru-court gymnasium, 1/8 mile walking track, a multi-purpose room, conference room, elevator, mechanical/electrical room, and general storage areas. |
