| ARRTC Phase II is a three-story 103,500 SF dormitory. It is constructed of masonry walls with brick veneer. There are 236 individual dorm rooms in four wings. Fowler & Hammer was awarded the 2000 "NW Division Contractor of the Year" by the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers for this project. |
