| This project consists of the infill of an existing shell space of approximately 18,000 SF. Included is a new canopy and vestibule entrance attached to building. Construction consists of mostly new metal stud/sheetrock walls, sheet vinyl flooring/carpet, acoustical ceilings, paint and vinyl wall covering, new HVAC system, electrical service, lighting, etc, throughout new space. The space will include new exam rooms, fast-track rooms, trauma rooms, psych rooms, resuscitation rooms, nurses’ station, and a reception/lobby area. Also, a new Radiology Room plus new equipment and CT Scan room with new equipment will be included in the new space. |
