| Located near the La Crosse River, this structure was planned to meet an increased requirement for space as well as future expansion capability. Emphasis was placed on durability, low maintenance, and "creature comforts". The building is a combination of a pre-engineered steel, masonry, and conventional steel framing. The individual kennel areas feature radiant floor heat, in floor trench drains, and glazed CMU walls. Translucent wall panels, skylights, and windows fill the interior with natural light. |
