| This 18,000 SF project consists of a one story-slab on grade, steel frame structure. Exterior walls are face brick and decorative split face masonry. Reinforced concrete press foundation fully sprinkled facility with a new loading dock and parking lot. The building was designed with an 18" interior clear height structure and an EPDM roof system. |
