| This project consists of a 30,000 SF, two-level addition on to the existing building and complete renovation of the 50,000 SF existing structure. The main structure of the addition areas consist of block walls, concrete slab on grade, metal joists and decking, brick veneer, aluminum windows and entrances and a combination of an adhered membrane roofing system and an aluminum standing seam decorative roofing system. The addition area has new Pupil Services and Administrative Offices, Conference Rooms and a new Main Lobby/Reception Waiting area. The addition also includes new Music/Art Rooms, a Library, a Kitchen/Cafeteria, and LMC area with new elevator for access. Finishes throughout the entire project consist of painted block and sheetrock walls, wood doors, carpet, resilient flooring, acoustical ceilings, suspended acoustical panel ceilings, metal corridor lockers, visual display boards and new casework. |
