| The garden mausoleum covers about 1,735 SF on the upper level and about 8,095 SF on the
lower level. This is the fifth and final mausoleum in a series of new mausoleums being constructed
at the Catholic Cemetary. All five of these structures have been built by FHI over the last nine years.
The foundations consists of poured in place concrete retaining foundation walls with concrete floor slabs.
The mausoleum consists of 300 precast crypts and 104 columbarium cremation units. Exterior walls above
grade consist of granite split face veneer construction with concrete block backup. The building is
accented with cut limestone trim. Roof construction includes a concrete topping pitch to exterior
scuppers protected with a ballasted EPDM roof membrane. Special finish systems include polished granite
crypt an niche fronts and pre-finished anodized aluminum railings. |
