Ray Hutson Nissan decided to build a new cutting-edge facility that represented the new prototype dealership Nissan is encouraging its dealers to embrace. This design/build project included a 6,000 SF show room, including offices, conference room, a heated delivery bay, and a comfortable customer waiting area. Also included in the project were extensive lot revisions and site work.
