Services will be available to all employees and their immediate family members. EAP provides professional, confidential assistance to help you resolve concerns that affect your personal life or work performance. EAP can help with all types of problems such as marital and family problems, depression, financial concerns, alcohol and drug abuse, and work related issues. (PDF: 563k) This may take a few minutes depending on the speed of your internet connection. Save the Time Slip to your computer, please rename the file using your own name, that will help identify your timeslip when you email it. * Remember where you save this form on your computer! You won't have to come to the Fowler & Hammer website each time you need to fill out your slip, just go to the place where you saved the form on your computer. Step 3: Fill out your Time Slip, it looks almost identical to the Time Slips you already fill out by hand. Position the cursor within the boxes (it will change to an I-beam allowing you to type), and click. Remember to include jobsite numbers if you know them. If you've worked overtime, please indicate with an * which job the overtime should be billed to. Once you enter the number of hours, the form will automatically add your hours together. Step 4: Double check all your entries to make sure they were entered correctly. Please check to be sure that the number of hours adds up correctly, you may have to add in '0' for the number of hours in blank spot that was unused for the total number of hours to add correctly. Step 5: Save this file to your computer. Go to "File < Save As" and enter the week ending date after the file name. Click save. Step 6: Send the Time Slip as an attachement to the following email address: lholweger@fowlerhammer.com (Tip: Add this email address as a contact in your email program's address book.) Tip: The new Time Slip allows you to save your Time Slip to your computer so you are able to record your hours on a daily basis if you wish.
