December 2, 2003 - Coulee Region Humane Society Ribbon Cutting A ribbon cutting ceremony was held at the new Coulee Region Humane Society in Onalaska and included such officials as Onalaska Mayor Jim Bialecki, State Rep. Michael Huebsch, Mary Vincent (Executive Director-Humane Society), and Dr. Robert Spencer. Animals and all moved in Friday and Saturday, November 21st and 22nd with help from many volunteers. |
