| This project consisted of a 95,700 SF three story office building with a penthouse on the fourth floor. The building is a steel frame, composite floor system, with brick masonry veneer. The building incorporates 'green' architecture practices in building construction as well as site planning and landscape design. It is designed to expand in two directions for future growth and allows the consolidation of a multitude of departments to be housed in one location |
