| The new Ray Hutson Nissan Showroom will accommodate sales staff and managers offices,
conference/meeting room, display area, restrooms, and a car delivery bay. It is a 4,400 square
foot one story slab on grade structure. The building will be constructed with steel frame/bar
joists, steel stud/EIFS exterior walls with a ballasted membrane roof.
