Dear Sue:

I am writing this note on behalf of the board and staff at LIPCO, as the construction phase of the project winds down.

We wanted you to know how pleased we are with the overall job Chris Huston and your team has done on the building at 2nd and King. The workmanship is excellent and has been appreciated by both LIPCO and our tenants, EDS and Ceridian. Also, the clean-up and condition of the building at the time of occupancy was impressive.

Of course the timely conclusion of the construction phase was much appreciated and mutually beneficial. When you think back to the beginning of the project and all of the unknowns and then look at the final product, it really is amazing and gratifying. But that is usually able to be said about all major undertakings.

Again, thank you, Jim and all of the management and workers at Fowler and Hammer.
