Fowler & Hammer was the general contractor in the construction of the 11,900 square foot West Salem Elementary School completed in 1996. The professionalism, organization, management of subcontractors, timely completion of the project, quality of workmanship throughout the building especially the masonry was outstanding. Pete Stuber, Project Manager and Mike Canar, Project Superintendent were great to work with and always ready to listen. The construction work site was also well maintained during construction.
